Extended public facilities

Hello respected team, good day! I am a permanent resident of Meerbusch , I wish to point out just 3 major and biggest issues at almost 99% train / bus stations in Meerbusch and many at Düsseldorf plus surrounding areas. But majorly let’s speak area wise for now . So the biggest and most important change that you can bring is - to create a public toilet at all stations. Please keep it with some basic payable amount so that it is kept maintained. Please keep drinkable water inside for those who pay , only those can use this drinking water. You wont believe it how difficult times I have personally faced and seen many kids and senior citizens face it too due to everyday toilet emergencies. Check out the station - Haus Meer for example. There is nothing at all. One food vending machine is available that too doesn’t work with money. We have to use cards . Many old people are not technology friendly. They still carry cash and coins. Second - please keep updating the time tables at regular intervals . Many places for example - D- Oberbilker markt in Düsseldorf has a time table that the bus never follows. The bus comes at completely different times. Thank you
